Introduction

Ability for brokers to add listings on CREXi is the key experience on supply side of our marketplace. Listings get our demand – supply flywheel started. So far we were able to optimize number of information required during add listing process and significantly improved our conversion rates.

● Introduce more intuitive way of adding listings

● Increase number of listings added on CREXi

● Increase add listing conversion rate

The funnel performs great with exception to the funnel entry where we see a drop off from 1,573 to 914. This is happening because Add Listing CTA is available for all user types including buyers. Since buyers are not adding listings on CREXi platform that’s why we see them leaving the page without continuing. Quick suggestion is to hide Add Listing CTA for demand side users.

 

Alternative version of the existing flow presented below as a clickable prototype. After a brief presentation to product and design team, this a concept of Visual Builder is considered to replace the existing multi-step wizard. Visual Builder/Editor is expected to significantly improve user experience on supply side.
